If you are looking for a wedding venue in Lebanon PA, you should stop looking and book with Royal Oaks. I wish we could give them more than 5 stars! From start to finish, they made our wedding dreams come true. We booked with them 2 years in advance and then got married during a pandemic. The entire time, Brad and Maria answered all of our questions and were there for us through it all. Although we were unable to have our reception indoors (due to governors orders) they assisted to make it beautiful outdoors. Maria is amazing and is the most amazing coordinator to work with. Brad worked so hard and constantly was there to help the panicked bride. Their team did an amazing job and we cannot thank them enough. The night started and ended perfectly thanks to them. We are beyond happy with our experience. Book with them!! You won't regret it!!

My baby shower experience at Royal Oaks was a pleasant one. The food was exactly what I was expecting. The food tasted wonderful too. I looked at several places and Royal Oaks was the most reasonable facility that had everything that I was looking for. I was also pleased with the table settings. Maria got the exact colors that I asked for. I never felt like the servers were rushing us to finish the food so they could clean up. I received a lot of compliments that it was a nice relaxing shower. Which is exactly what I wanted and I don't think I could have accomplished that without the help of your service.

I had my wedding reception at Royal Oaks and I can't say enough about my experience with their staff. They took care of the decorating, made sure there was enough food for everyone and made sure everything ran smoothly. The food was wonderful and I had many compliments on how good the food was. I would recommend Royal Oaks Golf Club to anyone who wants to have an event at a great facility.

When my husband and I started to plan the rehearsal dinner for our son and future daughter-in-law, we chose Royal Oaks Golf Course. Maria and her staff took care of all the details such as matching the linens with the wedding colors, making sure the meal selections were what we had in mind for our guests, and making sure everyone was happy and well-fed during the dinner. The meals as well as the desserts were absolutely wonderful, and there are many selections to choose from. Should you choose Royal Oaks Golf Club for your son or daughter's rehearsal dinner; I know you will not be disappointed.

Royal Oaks provided the perfect setting for our recent Management Team Meeting. Having indoor and outdoor space available to break up the day enabled a variety of activities, and discussion areas proved incredibly helpful. The staff was attentive and courteous and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend the venue for corporate events of all sizes.

My sister had her wedding reception at this venue years ago. So I already knew that I loved the look and scenery of the place. It was even more beautiful than I had remembered. And working with Maria to schedule everything and decide on everything was a pleasure. She was very quick to respond and always willing to help. And the day of my wedding the layout of the food and tables were picture perfect, as well as the decorations Maria put out. I enjoyed working with Royal Oaks 100% and would do it again for another event. I would also recommend this venue to everyone looking to have a wedding or any kind of event.

As mom of the bride, I would add that we had complete confidence in the arrangements at Royal Oaks and that was such a wonderful peace of mind as we approached the big day! We weren't disappointed. We had an amazing time working with Royal Oaks Golf Club! Right from the beginning they were extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. We had a little over 140 guests and they all fit comfortably. Maria and the staff had the venue decorated beautifully when we arrived to set up the morning of and it was better than I could have imagined. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was wonderful. Everyone was very pleasant which made for a stress free day and planning time for me as the bride. Royal Oaks and Maria went above and beyond my expectations to keep me calm, stress-free, and happy throughout the entire wedding process. Not only were they affordable, they also made sure that the room looked gorgeous and everything went according to plan without a hitch. Maria worked with me to make last minute guest changes, reassure me of schedule and order of the evening and even sent me pictures that morning as things started to fall into place. Once again the event proved to be very successful. Everyone I asked said the food was delicious and the desserts seemed to go over well, especially with the girls! I particularly tried to ask the parents of the younger girls as I know they weren’t there last year and they commented that the atmosphere was lovely and the food was delicious. We had our wedding reception at the Royal Oaks Golf Club in March, 2016. I am thankful for Megan for introducing me to the venue and Maria for everything she did for us. Maria was quick to respond to all of my messages and requests. She was very personable and ensured everything was exactly how I wanted it. The food and staff the day of was excellent. We received numerous compliments regarding the food and service. The staff was quick and on top of everything. They made sure the wedding party was always taken care of. Royal Oaks Golf Course has been hosting our league leadership seminar for a couple years and they have always met all our expectations. We plan to continue offering similar leadership opportunities for our students and plan to continue to come back to Royal Oaks to host these events. The banquet hall perfectly meets our needs and the food, the staff provides always receives high marks from all the participants. Thanks to Brad, Maria and the rest of the staff!

From all comments that I heard, everyone enjoyed the event. The staff did a superb job and were very helpful with our senior-senior citizens. They were impressed that staff members took the time to graciously help as needed. The food was hot and delicious. It is my understanding that one attendee plans to suggest Royal Oaks for their class reunion. I do know that some individuals had apprehensions about changing venue; however, I think the overall success of the evening assuaged these doubts. Overall it was great! We will plan to attend next year.
